I like the quality, size, that the two covers are easily removable, easy to out back on, and the fact that it is water proof. I did not like for penetrative sex (both face down and face up). I am 165 lbs and it did not support me, flattened quite a bit and each time we used it became tilted, causing me to be slight lopsided. I do recommend for foreplay/outercourse as well as oral sex.
