Shipping Policy

We try to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

 

During peak periods or unexpected events, there is a possibility of delays due to a high volume of orders or courier service problems that are outside of our control.

 

Address Changes

Please check your address carefully as we are not responsible for any address changes. We will endeavour to accommodate changes where possible, but there is a possibility we will not see your email prior to your items being shipped. Note that once you receive your tracking number, you are able to change the delivery address as the customer.

 

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

• Orders over $100 NZD: FREE Express Shipping

• Orders under $100 NZD: Standard Shipping $6, or Express Shipping $10

 

Express generally means overnight to standard addresses and 2 to 3 days for rural addresses. Some delays outside of our control may occur, so we cannot guarantee this.

 

Pick-Ups

We are an online shop only and pickup is not available.

 

International Shipping

We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100 NZD (New Zealand), $149 AUD (Australia), and £149 GBP (United Kingdom) - normally 5-8 working days, however, delays out of our control may occur and we do not guarantee this.

 

Our Express Shipping option is normally 2-5 working days, however, delays out of our control may occur and we do not guarantee this.

 

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

• Canada

 

At this time, we do not ship to the rest of the world, but will in the near future.
