Good Time Guarantee

Before any toys reach our store they’re tested, tested and tested again to make sure we know you'll love them. But just in case they don’t do it for you, our Good Time Guarantee covers you for 30 days. 

If a sex toy you’ve purchased doesn’t give you a good time, you can return it, at your own cost for a store credit, no questions asked.

Please contact us with your order number to arrange the return before sending any product back.

Toy must be returned within 30 days from it being delivered. Only applies to sex toys, excludes Juicee and Cleanies. Store credit can be used across our range.
