Shipping Policy
We try to process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During peak periods or Covid-19 related issues, there is a possibility of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or courier service problems that are outside of our control.
Address Changes
Please check your address carefully as we are not responsible for any address changes. We will endeavour to accommodate your changes where possible, but it is a possibility that we will not see your email prior to your items being shipped. Note that when you receive your tracking number, you are able to change the delivery address as the customer.
Domestic Shipping
We offer Free Express Delivery New Zealand wide for all orders over $100. Orders under this have a flat rate fee of $5.
This generally means overnight to standard addresses and 2-3 days for rural, but some delays outside of our control may occur so we can not guarantee this.
Pick-Ups
We are an online shop only and pickup is not available.
International Shipping
We offer FREE shipping for orders over $100 - normally 5-8 working days, however, delays out of our control may occur and we do not guarantee this.
Our Express Shipping option is normally 2-5 working days, however, delays out of our control may occur and we do not guarantee this.
